Restoran Mexim is now run by a second generation members of the family. The eatery serves more than 50 types of Hong Kong style dim sum. To ensure its freshness, the dim sum are steamed after customers place their orders. The chef cum restaurant owner is fond of creating new dishes such as egg dumplings, angelica and wolfberry dumpling, pan-fried fish cake, sago dumpling and so on.
